Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain user, API, and integration guides.
- Develop in-platform content like tooltips and instructions.
- Work with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- Technical writing experience.
- Strong writing, editing, research, and programming skills.
- Knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Markdown, Confluence, DITA, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of OpenAPI and software documentation.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Good English communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of SDLC.
- Technical writing portfolio preferred.
