Personal Executive Assistant - Music/Entertainment - Executive UHNW

A high-profile individual in the music and entertainment industry is seeking an experienced, highly hands-on Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support across a fast-paced and constantly changing schedule. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Personal Assistant experience, ideally supporting an individual within music, entertainment, production, or a similarly fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who is NYC-based, incredibly resourceful, service-oriented, and comfortable with a position that involves just as much running around the city, handling errands, sourcing items, and assisting on set as it does scheduling and communication.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage a busy and frequently changing personal and professional schedule
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, events, travel, and day-to-day logistics
• Handle communication and serve as a reliable point person for various contacts
• Assist on set, at music events, during production, and with other industry-related commitments
• Run errands throughout NYC, including picking up and delivering personal items, wardrobe, gifts, and other necessities
• Source and purchase gifts, personal items, and last-minute requests with excellent taste and attention to detail
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel and accompany the principal as needed
• Travel for extended periods, sometimes for several weeks at a time
• Assist with packing, unpacking, luggage, transportation, reservations, and travel logistics
• Anticipate needs and proactively handle issues before they arise
• Support special projects, events, and production-related needs
• Remain flexible and available during long days and nontraditional hours when traveling, attending events, or supporting production

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Personal Assistant experience required
• Music or entertainment industry experience strongly preferred
• Must be currently based in New York City
• Must have the flexibility to travel frequently and for several weeks at a time
• Comfortable with long days, irregular hours, and a schedule that can change quickly
• Extremely hands-on with a true “no task too small” mentality
• Highly organized, responsive, discreet, and able to operate with a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and scheduling skills
• Resourceful and comfortable navigating NYC and handling time-sensitive errands and requests
• Strong judgment and ability to work independently while remaining several steps ahead

Salary Range DOE $125,000 - $135,000
