Temporary Executive Assistant
Location: New York, NY
Pay: Up to $40/hour
Type: Temporary / Contract
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate has experience managing complex schedules, handling confidential information, and supporting executives with professionalism and urgency.
Experience in the TV, music, entertainment, media, or production industry is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Handle expense reports and administrative tasks
- Prioritize communications and manage competing deadlines
- Support special projects and day-to-day executive needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Entertainment, TV, music, media, or production industry experience strongly preferred
Compensation: Up to $40/hour, based on experience.
