- Working closely with teams across different locations and time zones as the organization continues to expand.
- Providing additional project and administrative support to the executive team when required.
About You
- Proven experience supporting CEO, C-suite or equivalent senior executive-level leaders.
- Experience managing complex calendars and priorities for multiple senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel.

- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Confidence working with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience within a fast-paced, growing or international organization would be highly advantageous.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a newly established global data center developer at an exciting stage of its growth, working directly alongside the CEO and senior leadership team.
The business is developing and delivering large-scale digital infrastructure internationally and is continuing to build out its leadership and corporate functions to support that growth.
The successful candidate will have significant exposure to senior decision-makers and play an important role in supporting the executive team as the platform continues to scale.
