Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI Policy & Governance Specialist to help define and oversee our enterprise AI governance strategy. This role will drive responsible AI adoption by establishing governance frameworks, managing AI-related risks, and ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks aligned with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act.
- Conduct AI risk, compliance, and governance assessments across AI/ML models, LLMs, RAG solutions, and third-party AI platforms.
- Define and enforce AI security, development, and deployment standards.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Security, and Engineering teams to enable responsible AI adoption.
- Create reusable governance assets, compliance templates, risk matrices, and policy accelerators.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Law, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT GRC, technology risk, cybersecurity governance, or compliance.
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, AI risk management, and responsible AI principles.
- Preferred certifications: AIGP, CRISC, CISM, or ISO 42001 Lead Auditor.
