Ai Automation Expert

We are looking for an AI Automation Expert who can transform complex business processes into scalable, and reliable automated systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in designing end-to-end solutions building AI-powered workflows, integrating business systems and connecting different applications through APIs and automation frameworks.

Candidates must be able to showcase real AI automation projects they have built, including the problem they solved, technologies used, workflow/architecture, and the final outcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI automation workflows for business and operational processes.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process optimization.
• Develop complex automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Integromat/Make, GHL (GoHighLevel), and similar automation platforms.
• Build and integrate AI agents and multi-step AI workflows for business processes.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots with conditional logic, context handling, lead qualification, routing, automated responses, and escalation workflows.
• Integrate third-party APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, CRMs, databases, cloud services, and business applications.
• Design and implement CRM automation for lead capture, lead qualification, lead routing, pipeline management, follow-ups, task creation, and data synchronization.
• Build AI automation solutions for sales, marketing, customer support, lead generation, data processing, reporting, and internal operations.
• Implement NLP and LLM-based solutions for text classification, data extraction, summarization, intent detection, document processing, and conversational automation.
• Use frameworks such as LangChain and AutoGen to develop AI agents and intelligent workflows where required.
• Use Claude Code and AI-assisted development tools to build, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize automation solutions.
• Test, debug, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Connect automation systems with cloud services, databases, communication platforms, CRM systems, and other business applications.
• Monitor deployed automations and continuously improve workflows based on performance and business requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of professional hands-on experience in AI automation, workflow automation, AI development, RPA, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience building and deploying real-world AI automation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Integromat/Make, GHL (GoHighLevel), Zapier, or similar platforms.
• Practical experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or equivalent AI/agent frameworks.
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, HTTP requests, authentication, and third-party API integrations.
• Experience integrating CRMs, cloud services, databases, communication platforms, and business applications.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered chatbots and conversational automation with conditional logic.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, structured outputs, context management, and AI agents..
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or similar services is preferred.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Strong understanding of automation concepts including triggers, actions, conditional logic, branching, loops, filters, data transformation, and error handling.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of AI automation architecture, system design, data flow, and scalable workflow development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions clearly.

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per month
