- Documentation Skills: Ability to read, evaluate, and produce clinical documentation grounded in current guidelines and patient context
Key Responsibilities (Both Tracks)
- AI Model Evaluation & Rubric Creation: Test complex prompts on active AI models, analyze output accuracy, and build granular grading rubrics to evaluate model performance against rigorous healthcare standards.
- Domain Validation: Ensure AI models safely and accurately handle medical terminology, documentation standards, compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA), coding frameworks, or clinical workflows
- Independent Execution: Work self-sufficiently using provided AI tools, workflow guidelines, and project documentation to deliver high-quality evaluations
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Location: Must currently reside in the United States
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of direct experience in healthcare (Operations/Admin or Clinical)
- Availability: Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Technology: Dedicated personal computer/laptop with high-speed, reliable internet access
- Assessment: Completion of an un-paid 2–3 hour domain starter assessment to demonstrate analytical skills and domain depth (serves as the primary evaluation step)
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Prior experience with remote data annotation, LLM testing, or AI model evaluation platforms (e.g., Outlier, Turing, Mercor, Handshake AI)
- Deep familiarity with adjacent healthcare settings and multi-disciplinary care team workflows
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and stamina for deep analytical work
