You will work at the intersection of robust backend engineering ( Python ), modern reactive frontend interfaces ( React ), and scalable cloud infrastructure ( AWS ). Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Own the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of scalable enterprise-grade web applications.
• Hands-on Development: Drive high-quality coding standards by actively developing complex features across the full stack (Python, React, AWS).
• Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain secure, highly available, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Code Quality & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor junior to mid-level developers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management, UX/UI Designers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve scalability bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and performance lags across the application lifecycle.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical lead or senior architecture capacity.
• Backend Engineering: Advanced proficiency in Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask) with strong expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Frontend Engineering: Expert-level mastery of React.js , Redux/Context API, TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, etc.).
• Cloud & DevOps: Extensive, hands-on production experience with AWS core services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, API Gateway, CloudFront).
• System Design: Proven track record in designing distributed, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures.
• Database Management: Strong command over both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
