Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Digital Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that accelerate digital transformation and improve business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and enterprise digital solutions.
• Build, deploy, and optimize Machine Learning and Generative AI models.
• Develop solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Implement MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and governance practices.
• Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and performance of AI solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• experience in AI/ML Engineering, Software Engineering, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Java/C#.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Understanding of MLOps, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI.
• Exposure to Power Automate, UiPath, or other automation platforms.
• Relevant AI, Cloud, or Data certifications.
