Hiring AI Engineers, Agentic AI & Document Intelligence, AWS Bedrock

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered document intelligence solutions using AWS Bedrock, Claude, and Python.
• Build and enhance PDF extraction, semantic retrieval, and document validation workflows.
• Develop agentic AI workflows using AWS Agent Core/MCP, AWS Strands, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Implement RAG, embeddings-based search, and LLM verification mechanisms with strong guardrails.
• Develop serverless components using AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
• Ensure accurate, traceable, and schema-compliant JSON output generation.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Participate in Agile delivery, sprint planning, and stakeholder discussions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Python development with strong problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Claude/LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Experience building Agentic AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, AWS Agent Core, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Document AI, OCR, PDF processing (PyMuPDF/pdfplumber), and structured data extraction.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and API integrations.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM guardrails, hallucination prevention, and validation frameworks.
• Experience working with JSON schemas, workflow orchestration, and enterprise-scale AI applications.
• Exposure to Healthcare, Life Sciences, Clinical Trials, Localization, or Document Intelligence projects is a plus.
