Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
Experience: 5+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote opportunity)
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer with foundational experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and interest in Microsoft Copilot / AI capabilities. The role focuses on supporting development activities, learning best practices, and contributing to solution delivery under the guidance of senior team members in an Agile environment. Also looking for someone with exposure to Sales module and also some understanding of AI
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and customization of Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
- Implement configurations such as entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules
- Assist with Copilot (AI-powered) feature configuration and enhancements
- Build and support solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerPages/PowerPortal)
- Support integrations and data flows with guidance from senior developers
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Assist with testing, documentation, and defect resolution
- Learn and follow coding standards, security models, and best practices
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
· Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification
· 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Service (or strong hands-on exposure)
- Basic understanding of Dataverse, security roles, and case management concepts
- Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Willingness to learn AI-driven features such as Dynamics 365 Copilot
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Azure services or APIs
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Good communication and collaboration skills
