AI Support Engineer

About the Role:

This is a support and onboarding role, not a coding role. You will use our internal tools to build AI agents for businesses, check that the agents answer correctly, and help those businesses go live. You’ll talk to business owners, understand what they sell, and turn that into a working AI assistant.

Clear communication matters more than technical depth. We’ll train you on the tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build AI agents for businesses using our internal agent-builder tools, starting from their website or Google Business page
• Review the AI-drafted answers, correct mistakes, and fill gaps (pricing, timings, services, policies) by asking the business owner
• Write clear, simple answers for the top customer questions in English, and Telugu/Hindi where needed
• Set up each business’s working days, hours, and booking slots in the system
• Test every agent with real customer-style questions before it goes live, and fix weak or wrong replies
• Share the agent links, login details, and guide with business owners, and explain how to use them
• Follow up with businesses after launch, collect feedback, and improve the agent
• Handle support queries from partners and customers about their AI agent
• Keep a simple tracker of agents built, pending, and live
• Document what works (question sets, prompts, fixes) so the team can reuse it

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication: clear written and spoken English; able to explain technology simply to non-technical business owners
• Comfortable using AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and writing good prompts
• Strong attention to detail: able to catch wrong or made-up information in AI output
• Patience and a customer-support mindset
• Quick learner who can follow a process and use new tools
• Basic computer skills (Google Workspace / MS Office, WhatsApp Business)

Good to Have:

• Fluency in Telugu and/or Hindi
• Experience in customer support, sales, or content writing
• Basic understanding of chatbots or no-code tools
• Interest in small business and startups

Eligibility

• Final-year students, recent graduates, or students in any degree (BTech, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, BA, or similar)
• Freshers welcome; no prior experience required
