About the Role

AI5 Academy is looking for an HR professional who actively applies Generative AI to real HR processes.

The programme focuses on recruitment support, workforce documentation, onboarding, employee communication, learning, reporting and responsible AI use in HR. AI5’s course explicitly teaches human review, data controls, fairness, approval boundaries and auditability alongside the practical AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical AI-for-HR sessions.
• Demonstrate AI-assisted workforce planning and role documentation.
• Teach job-description, interview-plan and evaluation-material creation.
• Demonstrate structured candidate-review and screening-support workflows.
• Teach candidate communication and interview documentation.
• Demonstrate AI-assisted onboarding systems.
• Teach employee-policy summaries and HR knowledge assistants.
• Demonstrate AI-assisted learning-content creation.
• Teach people reporting and HR analytics workflows.
• Explain privacy, fairness, bias, approval and governance considerations.
• Guide learners through an end-to-end HR AI capstone.
• Review learner assignments and improve their workflows.

Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of HR, recruitment, HR operations, L&D or people-operations experience preferred.
• Practical use of Generative AI in HR.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of real HR workflows.
• Able to translate HR processes into practical AI workflows.
• Comfortable teaching working professionals.
