Rolevance.AI is scaling, and every new pilot client needs someone whose background in the pharma industry lets them speak the client’s language and represent our product with credibility. We’re looking for that person: the medical face of the company for our clients, and the team’s go-to expert on the pharma world.

Rolevance.AI is part of the INCH Health ecosystem: an AI platform that trains and coaches reps, MSLs, and KAMs through roleplay simulations with realistic HCP avatars. We have some of the strongest avatars on the market, a proprietary visit-effectiveness scoring system, and integations with Veeva, Salesforce, and IQVIA.

What success looks like

 

A year in, you’re confidently running up to ten concurrent pilots without losing quality. Your medical judgment shapes the evaluation logic behind our simulations. And you know client onboarding so well that you keep making it faster and clearer.  

What you’ll own

 

• Run through platform scenarios daily and turn what you learn into concrete product improvements
• Serve as the team’s medical expert and contribute to the evaluation logic behind our simulations
• Own the success of new client onboarding and keep improving the process
• Support up to 10 concurrent pilots, helping clients work through operational questions without dropping quality
• Maintain and update the knowledge base covering our products
• Systematically collect and escalate product feedback from clients and the team. Own HubSpot Service results.
• Keep clients and the team on the same page, across countries and cultures

Must-have

 

• Background in pharma or medicine: medical rep, trainer, regional manager, field force manager, or KAM
• English at C1 level — daily communication with clients and the team
• Comfort using AI tools, and speed in picking up new ones
• Proactive, self-directed, comfortable making decisions without hourly oversight

Nice to have

 

• Experience training medical reps
