Job Summary

We are looking for experienced GenAI / Cloud / Terraform Engineers to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI-powered solutions in cloud-native environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, LLMs, cloud platforms, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), along with strong programming and troubleshooting skills.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / AI Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• 2+ years of experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Generative AI
• Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• OpenAI technologies
• Strong programming experience in Python, .NET, or Node.js.
• Experience with vector databases, semantic search, and AI-powered applications.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerative AI & Agentic AI

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build reusable AI capabilities including:
• AI Copilots
• AI Agents
• APIs and Plugins
• AI Automation Services
• Develop AI-powered applications such as chatbots, search assistants, coding assistants, recommendation engines, and workflow automation solutions.
• Build agent-based systems supporting tool/function calling, multi-step workflows, and autonomous task execution.
• Work with frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.

RAG, MCP & AI Engineering

• Design and implement RAG architectures for enterprise AI applications.
• Develop MCP Servers for integration with AI agents and Copilot environments.
• Implement vector search, semantic search, indexing, and retrieval strategies.
• Develop AI evaluation frameworks using RAGAS and DeepEval.
• Optimize AI solutions using model adaptation and fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Design, deploy, and manage AI workloads on Azure, AWS, or GCP, with Azure preferred.
• Develop scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-native architectures.
• Use Terraform to provision and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Develop reusable IaC templates and frameworks to standardize infrastructure deployments.
• Support automation and infrastructure optimization across engineering teams.

Monitoring & Security

• Implement best practices for application and infrastructure security.
• Support monitoring, logging, and observability of AI and cloud-native applications.
• Experience with tools such as Splunk is preferred.
• Investigate and resolve issues across AI applications, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise AI platforms, reusable AI frameworks, or AI skill catalogs.
• Experience developing Terraform frameworks or Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).
• Knowledge of Specification-Driven Development (SDD).
• Experience standardizing IaC practices across engineering teams.
• Experience with AI model evaluation, fine-tuning, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of secure coding and application security.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
