Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI Automation Engineer with strong experience in Python, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and workflow automation to build and support scalable, production-grade AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing backend services, integrating LLM-based applications, implementing RAG pipelines, and working with cloud and modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI-powered automation solutions.
• Build backend applications and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Develop and integrate LLM, Generative AI, RAG, and AI Agent solutions.
• Work with Temporal or other workflow orchestration frameworks.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and API security best practices.
• Work with vector databases and AI retrieval systems.
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS/Azure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement AI Ops, monitoring, logging, and observability for production AI systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver reliable enterprise AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software/AI engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, AI Agent frameworks, and RAG.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM integration.
• Experience with workflow orchestration / Temporal.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and SQL.
• Knowledge of vector databases.
• Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and API security.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and AI Ops.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare, RCM, or Insurance domains.
• Experience building production-grade AI automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native application development.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
