Job Description
Company Description We are hiring for a client of ours based out of BLR, which is a 10 year company in the last mile delivery and agentic AI transport management system organisation.
Naggare is an agentic AI hiring platform that replaces traditional resumes and generic job descriptions with proven, skill-based signals for both recruiters and candidates. Recruiters receive stronger, validated insights on candidates before any call, leading to fewer screens and higher conversion rates. Candidates showcase their experience through structured prompts focused on real-world system design, scale, availability, workflows, and code. Naggare’s AI agent “Edna” captures and refines candidate skills, facilitates pair programming sessions to generate objective scorecards, and helps candidates prepare for interviews. Job descriptions on Naggare clearly outline daily responsibilities, required technologies, non‑negotiable skills, and interview competencies, giving candidates a transparent view of what to expect.
