A mission-driven technology company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Founder. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable professional who enjoys being a true thought partner and trusted right hand to a visionary leader. The ideal candidate is proactive, sharp, and adaptable, with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record supporting senior executives and C-suite leaders in fast-paced environments.

About the Role: The Executive Assistant to the Founder will play a critical role in helping the Founder stay focused on the company’s most important priorities. This is far more than a traditional administrative position. The role requires someone who can anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and confidently manage a wide range of responsibilities with discretion and good judgment. The Founder is looking for a partner who enjoys solving problems, creating order out of complexity, and helping make each day run as smoothly and effectively as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, ensuring the Founder’s time is aligned with key business priorities
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics across internal and external stakeholders
• Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing communications on behalf of the Founder with professionalism and tact
• Prepare agendas, materials, presentations, and follow-up items for meetings and strategic discussions
• Track priorities, projects, and action items to help ensure timely execution and follow-through
• Anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions before issues arise
• Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support key company initiatives
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion

Ideal Candidate:

• Significant experience supporting founders, CEOs, or other C-suite executives
• Experience working within technology, startup, or high-growth environments preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and think ahead
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Professional, approachable, and capable of building strong relationships across all levels of an organization
