Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise AI Architect to lead AI-driven transformation across Application Development (AD) and Application Maintenance Services (AMS), building governed, agent-enabled and scalable engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Enterprise AI strategy, architecture and maturity roadmap for AD/AMS.
• Design shared AI foundations covering Knowledge, RAG, AI Agents, MCP and Governance .
• Establish standards for AI harnesses, prompts, skills and multi-agent architectures .
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise engineering and operational platforms.
• Drive AI-enabled CI/CD, testing, observability and closed-loop operations .
• Define Responsible AI, security, risk controls and human-in-the-loop governance .

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years in technology, engineering, architecture or transformation roles.
• 8+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Transformation or Engineering Platforms .
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, tool calling and multi-agent orchestration .
• Experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Devin, LangGraph, ADK or Semantic Kernel .
• Strong understanding of Cloud, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Observability and SRE .
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional AI or technology transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GCP Vertex AI / Gemini ; Azure AI or AWS Bedrock is a plus.
• Experience in Telecom, BFSI or other regulated industries .
• Relevant Cloud, AI, Security or SRE certifications are a plus.
