Business Development Representative - AI Smart Markets

Job Description

VSK Vending is growing our network of Everyday AI Markets across New Jersey, and we’re looking for an outgoing, motivated Business Development Representative who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close new locations.

This is not traditional vending. VSK provides modern, AI-enabled smart markets designed for premium residential buildings, dealerships, offices, gyms, healthcare facilities and other high-traffic locations.

We are selective about where we place our markets and are looking for someone who can identify strong opportunities and turn conversations into signed locations.

What You’ll Do

* Identify and prospect high-quality locations throughout New Jersey

* Visit luxury apartment communities, dealerships, offices, gyms and other qualified businesses in person

* Reach property managers, general managers, owners and other decision-makers

* Introduce VSK’s Everyday AI Market and explain the value to their property

* Make outbound calls, emails and in-person visits

* Schedule meetings and site visits

* Follow up consistently with interested prospects

* Present VSK proposals and marketing materials

* Maintain relationships throughout the sales process

* Work directly with the founder to move qualified opportunities toward signed agreements

You’re introducing a fully managed amenity that can provide convenient access to snacks, beverages, fresh food and everyday essentials while VSK handles the operation.

That makes the conversation much more interesting than traditional product sales.

Compensation

Commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.

You earn commission for qualified locations you originate that result in a completed VSK location agreement and successful installation.

$250 per successfully installed location.

Additional performance incentives may be available for consistent closers and high-value accounts.

No cap on the number of locations you can close.

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you are confident walking into a business and starting a conversation with someone you’ve never met.

Previous experience in B2B sales, outside sales, business development, real estate, property management, hospitality sales, merchant services, telecom, solar or territory sales is helpful, but strong communication and persistence matter more.

You should be comfortable hearing “no,” following up professionally, and finding your way to the actual decision-maker.

Requirements

* Valid driver’s license

* Reliable personal vehicle required

* Ability and willingness to travel locally throughout New Jersey

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Comfortable with cold calling and in-person prospecting

* Professional appearance and communication

* Self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline

* Smartphone and reliable internet access

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
