Job Description
A dynamic and innovative technology firm is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to enhance user experiences for critical public services.
The Role
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for digital platforms and signage.
- Partner with User Experience Research to understand rider needs and maintain a continuous feedback loop.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on user needs and business goals.
- Present design concepts and research findings to senior leadership.
- Establish and document UX processes and best practices.
- Implement user testing and quality control measures.
What You’ll Need
- 8+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on mobile applications.
- Proven experience leading UX for complex digital products.
- Experience working in agile development environments and with design systems.
- Strong leadership skills to champion user-centered design practices.
- Proficiency in UX design tools and excellent visual design skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
