Job Description This is an operational role responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the reporting manager.
Responsibilities Providing administrative support to senior management staff such as managing calendars, answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.
Coordinating travel arrangements for executives, including making reservations and arranging itineraries
Processing & preparing reports, maintaining database.
Organizing networking events such as conferences
Assist in arranging and executing events, including managing & coordinating with internal and external service providers.
Provides accurate and timely document preparation.
Programs manage certain organization level initiatives which involves co-ordination with stakeholders, publishing tractions & updates.
experience in office support/secretary roles
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Base Salary Range: $56,522 - $74,326. The salary may be adjusted within this range based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and the specific needs of the position.

Other Compensation: The position is eligible for a discretionary bonus.
