Job Description

Position: AI Solutions Lead / Senior AI Product Manager

Location: New York, NY 10104

Compensation: $250K–$350K base + significant bonus (depending on experience)

Industry: Private Equity

We are currently seeking candidates for an AI Solutions Lead / Senior AI Product Manager role.  The position is with an industry leading private equity firm. This individual will partner with senior business, investment, and technology leaders to identify and implement high-impact AI solutions across the firm and its portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will combine strong AI expertise with business judgment, product leadership, and the ability to turn emerging technologies into practical business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI across the organization.
  • Lead AI projects from initial use case through rollout and adoption.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and third-party solutions.
  • Work with technical teams to incorporate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
  • Advise business leaders on practical applications of generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, and related technologies.
  • Help expand successful AI solutions across business functions and portfolio companies.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate adoption, effectiveness, and business value.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, technology consulting, enterprise technology, or related fields.
  • Recent experience implementing AI solutions within a business or enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, and modern enterprise AI tools.
  • Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and technology teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior executives and other nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience within private equity, financial services, investment management, or consulting is highly relevant.
