Job description

We are seeking an experienced OSS Network Tester with a strong background in network testing, OSS/BSS environments, and the Finance domain. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in network testing and troubleshooting, along with a current CCNA certification.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing network test strategies, validating OSS/network functionality, identifying defects, and collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery. Key

What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for OSS/network applications.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate network services, configurations, provisioning, monitoring, and fault-management workflows.
• Test OSS/BSS interfaces and integrations with network and downstream/upstream systems.
• Analyze network-related issues, troubleshoot defects, and coordinate with development and network engineering teams for resolution.
• Validate data flows and transactions across multiple network and OSS components.
• Work closely with business, QA, development, and infrastructure teams to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Participate in defect triage, root-cause analysis, and release validation.
• Support production validation and troubleshooting as required.
• Prepare testing status reports, defect reports, and test execution metrics.
• Ensure testing activities follow established quality and delivery standards.

What we are looking for

• 10+ years of IT experience, with significant experience in network/OSS testing.
• CCNA certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including: TCP/IP Routing and Switching VLANs DNS/DHCP VPN LAN/WAN Network protocols and troubleshooting Experience with OSS/BSS systems and network management platforms.
• Strong experience in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Ability to analyze network logs, configurations, and test results.
• Strong defect management and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience working in the Finance/BFSI domain.
• Experience with large enterprise network environments.
• Knowledge of network automation and testing tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ALM, ServiceNow, or similar defect/test management platforms.
• Knowledge of API testing and system integrations is a plus.
