To lead and manage the full on-site execution of a spinning mill construction project, ensuring timely, safe and high-quality completion of all civil and steel infrastructure, including machinery foundations and industrial floors.
- Oversee all day-to-day construction activities on-site
- Ensure project completion on time, within scope and budget
- Supervise construction of machine foundations, RCC floors, and utility setups
- Review and enforce quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and machinery vendors
- Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders
- Monitor and report on project progress and risks
- Manage contractors, labor teams, and site resources
- Verify contractor bills and control project costs
- Ensure efficient material usage and minimize waste
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years
- Education: bachelor of science in engineering (b.sc. engg.)
