Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables):
- Agile Experience - 2 Years minimum
- Figma skills
- Designing for mobile apps
- Self starter
- Only experience in UX, only experience in web responsive design
- Bachelor’s degree
- Figma, Jira, Microsoft suite
Preferred Skills (nice to have):
- Case Management Experience - 3 years
- Organized and empathetic
- Presentation skills and PowerPoint
- Able to quickly iterate, AI experience, team player
