The platform brings different activities and providers together in one place, making it easier for families to discover and book experiences.Website: WondrflyEmployment: Full-time with PrioriseClient: WondrflyShift: UK HoursAbout the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on AI-Native Engineering Lead who can work across frontend, backend and AI-driven product development.This is a technical, hands-on role. You will be expected to contribute to production code, make architecture and technical decisions, build AI-powered features, handle deployments and troubleshoot production issues.We are more focused on your actual technical skills, project experience and ownership than just your years of experience.Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production applications using Angular and Node.js.
• Design and develop scalable frontend and backend architecture.
• Work with Angular 18+, TypeScript, RxJS and preferably NgRx.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js with Express.js or NestJS.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB.
• Integrate AI capabilities into real-world products using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, chatbots or Generative AI.
• Work with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini or similar platforms.
• Design APIs, integrations, data flows and application architecture.
• Take features from requirement and design through development, testing and production deployment.
• Debug production issues and improve application performance, reliability and security.
• Work with cloud, Docker, CI/CD and deployment technologies.
• Review code, contribute to technical decisions and help improve engineering practices.
• Use AI-assisted development tools where appropriate to improve development and testing workflows.
• Work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong hands-on software engineering ability.
• Ability to understand a requirement and independently decide how to build it.
• Experience taking applications/features from development to production.
• Practical experience building or integrating AI features into applications.
• Good understanding of application architecture and technical trade-offs.
• Comfortable coding, debugging and reviewing code.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving product environment.

ImportantThis is not a pure project management or coordination role.We are specifically looking for someone who remains hands-on with coding, architecture, AI development, debugging and production engineering.Experience with AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT for coding is useful, but simply using AI coding tools is not considered AI product development experience. We are looking for candidates who have actually built or integrated AI-powered features into applications.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
