AI Agents Trainer

We’re Hiring: AI Trainer — No-Code Agent Operations (5+ Years Experience)
We’re TheAISCHOOL and we’re looking for a practical, business-minded trainer to teach our AI Agent Operations module, part of our AI Generalist program. This is a no-code, business-operations module — learners configure, supervise and improve AI agents, they do not build or code them.

Key Responsibilities
Teach learners to identify which business tasks are suitable for AI agents and which are not
Train learners to write clear agent instructions: objective, responsibilities, boundaries, inputs, outputs, and completion criteria
Guide hands-on configuration of simple agents on no-code platforms (FAQ assistants, lead-qualification agents, meeting-summary workflows, document-processing agents, etc.)
Train learners on human-in-the-loop design defining approval gates, draft-vs-execute actions, and when a human must take over
Teach systematic agent testing: happy-path scenarios, edge cases, hallucination detection, failure logging, and retesting after fixes
Guide learners through monitoring, version control, and continuous improvement of live agents
Train on operational safety: permissions, access control, confidential-data handling, and safe client handover
Mentor learners through the capstone project a complete, tested and documented agent build for a real or simulated business

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in business operations, process automation, or automation consulting
Practical, hands-on experience configuring and running agents on no-code platforms
Strong understanding of agent design fundamentals instructions, boundaries, inputs/outputs no coding required
Experience designing human-in-the-loop or approval-based workflows
Ability to teach structured testing and failure analysis to complete beginners
Strong communication and mentoring skills for training freshers and career switchers

Preferred Experience
Background working with startups, SMEs, agencies, or operations/customer-support teams
A portfolio of real no-code agent builds — FAQ bots, lead workflows, internal knowledge assistants, or similar
Prior experience training, mentoring, or facilitating workshops
