About the role

The Executive Assistant keeps each day running smoothly. You’ll own calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure materials and information are ready when needed. You are hands-on, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

This is a detail-oriented role for someone who takes pride in staying organized, anticipating needs, following through, and making busy days more manageable for the leaders they support.

What we’re looking for

Required

• 5+ years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant supporting senior leaders
• Reliable and consistent; people trust that when they hand something to you, it gets done
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Discretion when handling confidential information
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and travel and expense (T&E) platforms
