Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint professional to provide job support on implementation and development tasks. This is a part-time, remote, freelance opportunity ideal for working professionals who can dedicate 2 hours daily (Monday to Friday).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ implementation and development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with team members and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Maintain documentation of processes and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Availability for 2 hours daily (Monday to Friday).
