About the Role

Google Cloud is seeking a Customer Engineer to help enterprise clients understand, implement, and apply AI/ML solutions to their business needs. The role focuses on translating technical capabilities into tangible business benefits and supporting large-scale enterprise engagements.

The position combines AI/ML development expertise with customer-facing technical engagement. The ideal candidate has experience developing AI/ML solutions, including conversational AI and OCR/vision AI, along with strong Python skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help enterprise clients understand and deploy AI/ML solutions using Google Cloud technologies.
  • Translate AI/ML technical capabilities into practical business benefits and outcomes.
  • Support large enterprise engagements throughout technical solution development and deployment.
  • Work with customers to understand technical requirements and identify appropriate AI/ML solutions.
  • Apply AI/ML development experience across conversational AI, OCR, and vision AI use cases.
  • Communicate technical concepts and solution capabilities clearly to enterprise stakeholders.
  • Travel to customer or project engagements as required, up to 40%.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of AI/ML development experience.
  • Experience with conversational AI.
  • Experience with OCR and/or vision AI.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Ability to translate technical AI/ML capabilities into business benefits.
  • Ability to support enterprise customer engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers on AI/ML solutions.
  • Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.
  • Strong communication and technical presentation skills.

Work Arrangement
