Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) with strong technical expertise in X++ development and D365 F&O customization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise-scale D365 F&O solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical development throughout the D365 F&O implementation lifecycle.
• Design, develop, test, and support customizations, extensions, integrations, and SSRS reports.
• Build and maintain integrations using Data Entities, OData, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Perform code reviews and mentor development teams on best practices.
• Manage deployments, environment configurations, monitoring, diagnostics, and release activities.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and participate in sprint planning and releases.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working on the latest D365 F&O platform.

• Strong hands-on expertise in:

• X++ Development

• Forms, Tables, Classes
• SSRS Reports

• Integrations & APIs

• Experience with:

• Azure DevOps
• Lifecycle Services (LCS)
• CI/CD Pipelines
• Release Management

• Jira & Confluence

• Solid understanding of:

• D365 F&O Architecture
• Chain of Command (CoC)
• Extensibility Framework
• Design Patterns

Functional Expertise Required

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Sales
• Project Management & Accounting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data migration and transformation projects.
• Strong customer-facing experience including requirement gathering, solution design discussions, and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers.

Mandatory Requirement

Real Estate or Construction industry experience is mandatory.
