* Deliver solutions end-to-end, from data ingestion and processing through model integration and API exposure.

Required Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with OCR, including Azure Form Recognizer or Azure Document Intelligence.

* Experience processing unstructured data.

* Strong Python programming skills for AI pipelines and data processing.

* Experience integrating LLMs, including Azure OpenAI, with RAG patterns.

* Knowledge of predictive modeling techniques such as classification and regression.

* Understanding of healthcare data compliance considerations.

* Proficiency with REST APIs for external system integrations.

* Understanding of HIPAA compliance and secure handling of protected health information (PHI).

* Familiarity with healthcare data formats and workflows, including HL7, FHIR, and eMAR.

* Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.

* Ability to develop and deliver end-to-end data and AI solutions.

* Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience building AI-powered healthcare applications or Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions.

* Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL, and Azure AI Search.

* Experience with Azure DevOps and sprint-based development.

* Experience developing healthcare-focused predictive analytics or machine learning solutions.

* Experience integrating external healthcare systems and APIs.
