AI Video Creative Producer (Social Media Ads)

Compensation:

Base: $4,000/month
Commission: 10% Profit Share
OTE: $15K+++/month

Note: One of our current creative strategists made $24,000 in commission last month on top of his base pay. He’s only 6 months into the job.

Description:

We’re looking for someone who is EXTREMELY good at using AI to create high-performing video ads for social media.

We already have proven scripts, angles, and concepts that work.

Your job is to take those winners and turn them into as many high-quality, unique video formats as possible.

What You’ll Do:

• Take winning scripts and turn them into as MANY different AI ad formats as possible - animations, AI UGC, whiteboard videos, podcasts, interviews, and much more.
• Research and create brand-new video formats that no one else is using.
• Use AI voice, video, image, avatar, and editing tools at an expert level.
• Take inspiration from viral/social content and recreate those formats for our ads.
• Produce and test a HIGH volume of creative without sacrificing quality.
• Continuously learn and experiment with new AI tools and production techniques.

Who We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is obsessed with AI video creation.
• Has experience with tools like Kling, Veo, Sora, Runway, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or similar.
• Understands pacing, hooks, retention, and native social media content.
• Can make AI content look organic instead of obviously AI-generated.
• Constantly experiments with new tools, styles, and formats.
• Moves FAST and can produce a high volume of creative.
