Civra is hiring a hungry, hands-on vibe coder to help train and improve our LLM, connect it to databases and APIs, and turn ambitious ideas into working software.

You know your way around Codex and AI coding tools. You can build fast, understand the code you generate, debug what breaks, and finish what you start.

Self-taught? Bring it. Side projects? Show us. We want curiosity, initiative, and proof you can build.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build with Codex and other AI coding tools.
• Connect databases, APIs, and business systems.
• Prepare and organize data for LLM training and evaluation.
• Test model outputs, investigate failures, and improve reliability.
• Build tools that let our AI retrieve information and take useful actions.
• Take features from idea through testing and deployment.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Working ability in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, plus SQL.
• Comfort with APIs, authentication, JSON, and webhooks.
• Practical knowledge of Git, debugging, testing, and deployment.
• Good judgment around credentials, private data, and database access.
• Curiosity about LLMs, prompting, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Clear communication, urgency, and follow-through.

You don’t need to know everything. You do need to give a damn about getting it right.

We supply the tools, resources, and context. You bring the drive to build.

This role is in person on Wall Street. You’ll work alongside the team and take ownership of real work that moves Civra forward.
