About The Role The Senior AI Developer (Palantir AI Platform) role is a strategic position responsible for leading enterprise AI initiatives from conception through deployment and ongoing governance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business leaders across finance, operations, sales, marketing, and IT to identify high-impact AI use cases and develop scalable, secure AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. Operating at the intersection of AI engineering, software development, cloud engineering, and solution architecture, the Senior AI Developer will design and implement production-grade AI applications, leveraging advanced tools such as Palantir Foundry, Azure AI Foundry, and MS Fabric ecosystems. Expertise in designing and deploying large language models (LLMs), RAG architectures, prompt engineering, AI agents, and copilots is essential. Candidates should have a solid understanding of cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and GCP, supporting scalable AI workloads.
