2. About the Opportunity:

The Solution Engineer - AI Business Process role is centered on enabling enterprise AI developers to maximize the potential of an AI-powered technology stack throughout the development lifecycle. This position contributes by leading engagements such as Proof of Concepts, hackathons, and architecture workshops to accelerate adoption and integration of AI solutions, specializing in areas like Finance & Supply Chain, Power Platform, or Sales & Services. The role supports secure, scalable solution design and technical decision-making to help organizations modernize applications and realize the value of AI platforms.

3. Responsibilities:

• Drive technical sales by delivering demos and Proof of Concepts to influence solution design and enable production deployments
• Lead hands-on engagements including hackathons and architecture workshops to promote adoption of cloud platforms
• Build trusted relationships with platform leads and co-design secure, scalable architectures and solutions
• Resolve technical blockers and objections while collaborating with engineering teams to share insights and improve products
• Maintain and expand expertise in AI Business Processes with specialization in Finance & Supply Chain, Power Platform, and/or Sales & Services
• Represent the organization through thought leadership in developer communities and customer forums
• Demonstrate alignment with organizational culture and values

4. Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 1+ year of technical pre-sales or consulting experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of such experience OR 3+ years of equivalent experience
• Authorization to work in the United States without need for employer visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or technology delivery or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructure, architecture design, migrations, industry standards, or technology management
• Certifications in relevant technologies or disciplines such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, or Architecture
• Knowledge of commercial cloud offerings including Microsoft’s cloud platform or similar business application ecosystems

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Solution Engineering IC3 base pay range across the U.S.: USD $86,100 - $169,800 per year; specific ranges apply to San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area (USD $113,300 - $187,400 per year)
• Solution Engineering IC4 base pay range across the U.S.: USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year; specific ranges apply to San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area (USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year)
