UI/UX & Graphical Designer Intern

About the Role

Were looking for a UI/UX & Graphical Designer Intern to help build intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences. You’ll work across web/app interfaces, marketing assets, and brand materials: researching user needs, turning ideas into wireframes and polished visuals, and refining designs through feedback and usability principles. The role also includes creating social media posts and shortform video content to support campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• User research to guide design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes (web & mobile).
• Design clean, accessible, consistent interfaces aligned with brand.
• Use Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch for prototyping.
• Run usability checks and refine based on feedback.
• Maintain organized design systems and shared assets.

Graphic Design & Visual Content

• Produce 5+ design assets/week (social posts, marketing collateral, presentations).
• Create visually engaging platformspecific content.
• Build reusable templates in Canva & Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage revisions and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital/print.
• Run A/B tests on creatives and iterate using performance data.

Social Media & Video Content

• Design and schedule static & carousel posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos/Reels/Shorts.
• Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound for engagement.
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips.
• Stay updated on platform trends and best practices.
• Collaborate on content calendars and campaign timing.

Tools & Platforms

Core: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro Nice to have: Sketch, InVision, After Effects, CapCut, Webflow

Required Skills

• Strong portfolio in UI/UX, graphic design, or visual communication.
• Ability to turn ideas into clean, user-friendly designs.
• Basic video editing for short-form content.
• Exposure to tech/SaaS environments is a plus.
• Strong visual sense, detail orientation, and design fundamentals.
• Feedback-driven, iterative mindset.
• Clear communication and ability to explain design choices.
