Commercial Legal Specialist (Technical AI Implementation)

• Join Anthropic’s Commercial Legal team as a Technical AI implementation specialist, where you’ll be responsible for leveraging Claude and other technologies to scale and increase efficiency of legal operations
• You’ll drive AI adoption across team workflows, optimize internal tooling, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance productivity

• Optimize contract management platforms with AI capabilities
• Create and manage comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to guide project execution
• Build and maintain metrics dashboards to track efficiency improvements
• Establish practical governance processes for AI use in legal operations
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams on solution development
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could affect program success, ensuring proactive problem-solving

• Experience evaluating and implementing legal technology platforms such as contract management systems, workflow management systems, or document management tools
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science
• Technical aptitude with system integration knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in legal operations, legal technology, or technical roles supporting legal teams
• Proven project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver quality results
