AI Creative Designer – AI Image Generation & Advertising

We are looking for a creative, curious and AI-savvy designer who can help us create high-quality visual content for our brands across skincare, beauty, lifestyle, wellness and e-commerce.

This role is not limited to traditional graphic designing. We are looking for someone who understands how to use AI as a creative tool — someone who can research an idea, develop a visual concept, generate the right AI images, and turn them into engaging advertising creatives.

What you will do

• Research products, competitors, trends and advertising creatives to understand what works.
• Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for products and campaigns.
• Generate high-quality images using AI image-generation tools.
• Write and refine effective prompts to achieve the required models, products, backgrounds, lighting, compositions and advertising styles.
• Create lifestyle, product, skincare, beauty and social-media advertising visuals.
• Use Photoshop for image editing, retouching, compositing and final creative preparation.
• Use CorelDRAW for basic design requirements.
• Create multiple creative variations from one concept for testing on Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads.
• Work with product images and create realistic product placements, lifestyle scenes and advertising compositions.
• Keep learning new AI tools, techniques and creative workflows as the technology evolves.
• Take a basic marketing brief and independently convert it into a strong visual concept.

What we are looking for

Must have:

• Good practical knowledge of AI image-generation tools.
• Ability to write or understand AI prompts.
• Good visual sense and understanding of composition, lighting, colours and advertising aesthetics.
• Basic to good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW.
• Ability to research and take inspiration from existing advertising trends.
• Willingness to experiment, learn and improve continuously.

Experience

Experience in AI creative generation, graphic design, advertising creatives, social media design, skincare, beauty, lifestyle, fashion, wellness or D2C brands will be an advantage.

However, we are not looking only for candidates with years of experience.

If you have strong knowledge of AI image generation, a good creative eye, and the ability to learn quickly, we would like to hear from you even if you are at the beginning of your professional career.

This is a learning-friendly role.

You do not need to know every AI tool or have years of experience. We value creative thinking, curiosity, practical AI knowledge and willingness to learn.

If you already have strong experience, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of creative projects.

If you are relatively new but have genuine knowledge of AI image generation and a strong desire to grow, we are also happy to consider you.

Selection Process

Candidates may be asked to complete a small practical creative assignment so we can understand your actual ability to research, conceptualise, generate and edit an advertising creative.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
