Snowflake AI Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Snowflake AI Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Snowflake data platform with a focus on AI integrations and functionalities. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of Snowflake AI environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. As a Snowflake AI Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting data-driven initiatives and enabling advanced AI capabilities within our data infrastructure.

Duties

• Manage and administer the Snowflake platform, including configuration, monitoring, and optimization of AI-related features.
• Oversee the deployment, integration, and maintenance of AI models and tools within the Snowflake environment.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are upheld across all AI data workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to support AI projects and facilitate seamless data access.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and best practices for Snowflake AI administration.
• Stay updated on new features and best practices related to Snowflake’s AI capabilities to continuously improve platform utilization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Snowflake administrator with a focus on AI integrations or similar roles managing cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture, security protocols, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of AI/ML workflows and how they can be integrated within Snowflake environments.
• Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and cloud computing concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
