ANTYA AI Labs is looking for a Technology & Strategy Co-Founder to help lead the next phase of our growth.
This is not a traditional job opportunity . We are seeking a long-term partner who is willing to invest, take meaningful equity, and share founder-level responsibilities.

- Creator of RADOR.ai , an Enterprise AI platform focused on Regulatory Intelligence, AI Governance, Knowledge Management, and Regulatory Reporting.
- Current focus on the US Banking & Financial Services market.
- Expanding into Enterprise AI, AI Governance, and Physical AI .
Our Next Phase
- Scale our Enterprise AI platform globally.
- Strengthen AI Governance and Responsible AI capabilities.
- Expand into Physical AI, Robotics, Digital Twins, and Intelligent Automation.
- Build strategic partnerships and accelerate market growth.
Who We’re Looking For
A senior leader with 20+ years of experience from:
- Big Four or Global Consulting Firms
- Banking & Financial Services
- Government & Public Sector
- Pharma & Life Sciences
- Manufacturing or Supply Chain
Strong expertise in:
- Technology Strategy
- Enterprise Architecture
- AI Strategy
- Digital Transformation
- Product & Platform Strategy
Exposure to Physical AI or Robotics is an advantage but not mandatory.
Investment & Equity
This is an investment-driven Co-Founder opportunity with meaningful equity and shared ownership in building a global AI company.
