About the Role

As an Assistant Account Executive (B2B) , you will support the sales team in managing key retail accounts and bringing EnVogue’s trend-driven home décor collections to market. You will help coordinate day-to-day account needs, buyer communication, order execution, product presentations, and cross-functional follow-up. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional looking to grow a career in wholesale sales and account management within the consumer products and retail industry.

What You’ll Do

• Support Account Executives with the day-to-day management of key retail accounts and customer relationships.
• Assist with buyer communication, follow-ups, product requests, and account needs.
• Oversee order processing and account setup to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
• Maintain line sheets, sales presentations, product information, and showroom materials for buyer meetings.
• Monitor product, category, and retail trends and share relevant insights with the sales team.
• Partner with Design, Production, and Supply Chain to track product development, timelines, orders, and customer deliverables.
• Organize, photograph, prepare, and ship product samples for customer reviews and presentations.
• Support sales reporting, forecasting, order reconciliation, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Assist with showroom preparation, buyer meetings, market appointments, and customer presentations.
• Help identify opportunities to expand assortments and grow business within existing accounts.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in wholesale sales, account coordination, merchandising, retail operations, or a related role.
• Experience supporting retail accounts within home décor, consumer products, fashion, or lifestyle is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with confidence interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in retail, consumer products, merchandising, and emerging trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
