We’re partnering with a high-growth global organization seeking a Senior Finance AI & Transformation Analyst to help modernize Finance operations through AI, automation, and process transformation.

What You’ll Do

• Identify inefficiencies across Finance and design scalable solutions using AI and automation.
• Build and prototype AI-enabled workflows, automations, and agentic solutions.
• Lead transformation initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Partner with Finance, Data, Engineering, and Leadership teams to deliver process improvements and operational excellence.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, and change management strategies to drive adoption.

What We’re Looking For

• 5-8 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, or Consulting .
• Hands-on experience implementing AI, automation, low-code, or workflow solutions in a business environment.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Ideal Backgrounds

• Finance Transformation Consultant
• Big 4 Advisory (Finance Transformation / CFO Advisory)
• Finance Systems Analyst or Manager
• Digital Transformation Consultant
• Business Process Improvement Lead
• ERP or Finance Systems Implementation Consultant

Preferred Experience

• Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, or broader Finance Operations exposure.
• Finance systems and ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar.
• Experience within fintech, financial services, regulated industries, or other complex environments.

What This Role Is Not

This is not a traditional Accounting or FP&A role, and it’s not a software engineering position. The ideal candidate sits at the intersection of Finance, Technology, AI, and Transformation , with a passion for improving how work gets done.
