.NET Architect – AWS Migration

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced .NET Architect with strong AWS expertise to support application modernization and AWS migration initiatives for our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET architecture, cloud technologies, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and architect scalable .NET applications and solutions on AWS.

•Lead and support AWS cloud migration and application modernization projects.

•Analyze existing on-premises applications and develop migration strategies to AWS.

•Define cloud architecture, integration patterns, security, scalability, and performance standards.

•Work with development and infrastructure teams to execute migration activities.

•Provide technical leadership throughout the application migration lifecycle.

•Troubleshoot architecture, performance, and integration issues.

•Ensure solutions follow enterprise security, compliance, and cloud best practices.

•Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

•Strong experience as a .NET Architect / Solution Architect .

•Extensive experience with C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+ / ASP.NET .

•Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and architecture .

•Proven experience with AWS migration / cloud migration projects .

•Experience designing and modernizing enterprise applications for AWS.

•Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, databases, and application integration.

•Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, containers, and Infrastructure as Code is preferred.

•Strong architecture, design, documentation, and communication skills.

Domain Requirement

Candidates should have financial services / banking / investment / wealth management experience .

OR

Candidates with strong AWS expertise may be considered if they hold relevant AWS certifications , such as:

•AWS Certified Solutions Architect

•AWS Certified Developer

•AWS Certified DevOps Engineer

•AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional

Preferred Experience

•Financial services or fintech projects

•AWS migration / modernization programs

•Large-scale enterprise application transformation

•Hybrid cloud and on-premises-to-AWS migration

•Security and compliance requirements in regulated environments

Important: AWS migration experience is mandatory. Financial-domain experience or relevant AWS certification .
