Job Description:

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong expertise in ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB .
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes .
  • Experience developing Workflows, Flow Designer, Service Portal, Reports, and Dashboards .
