Lead connector designs from first concept to production launch, working remotely with regular time at the engineering site. Must-Haves

• 5+ years of product design in manufacturing
• Direct electrical connector design experience
• Contact systems, plating, mating cycles, and reliability
• Injection molded plastic component design
• SolidWorks, ePDM, FEA, and Moldflow
• GD&T, tolerance analysis, and DFM
• BS in Mechanical Engineering

Nice to Have

• MIL-spec interconnect experience
• High-speed or signal integrity design
• A3 or Lean problem-solving
