Sr. Network Engineer- Enterprise Infrastructure & Cost Optimization

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead enterprise infrastructure, data center networking, Kubernetes migrations, and infrastructure cost optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate should be highly autonomous and capable of owning complex projects from architecture through deployment with minimal supervision.

You will work closely with US and Canada-based teams to migrate high-volume Kubernetes workloads from hosted/public cloud environments to private bare-metal infrastructure, while improving performance, scalability, reliability, and infrastructure TCO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead migration of high-volume Kubernetes/containerized workloads from public/hosted cloud to private bare-metal infrastructure.
• Design and deploy enterprise Leaf-Spine data center networks using EVPN-VXLAN, BGP, and OSPF.
• Work with Arista, Cisco, and/or Juniper networking platforms.
• Optimize network architecture, infrastructure utilization, and cloud spend to reduce overall TCO.
• Troubleshoot high-throughput, low-latency, and database-intensive network environments.
• Support Kubernetes networking, Cilium CNI, eBPF, and Linux networking.
• Automate network provisioning and configuration using Ansible, Terraform, and/or Python.
• Independently manage multiple infrastructure deployment and migration projects.
• Own architecture, implementation, troubleshooting, production support, and client escalations.
• Collaborate directly with US and Canada-based engineering and client teams during deployments and maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on Network Infrastructure / Data Center Networking experience.
• Strong enterprise experience with BGP, OSPF, EVPN-VXLAN, and Leaf-Spine architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Arista, Cisco, and/or Juniper.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes networking and Linux networking.
• Experience with Cilium CNI / eBPF is highly preferred.
• Practical experience with Ansible, Terraform, or Python for network automation.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, bare-metal/private hosting, or cloud-to-private infrastructure migration.
• Experience supporting high-volume or database-intensive environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Experience working with US/Canada-based clients or teams is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Important Requirement

Fixed Night Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST. Candidates must be comfortable working this schedule on a long-term basis.

Preferred

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle, MySQL, or other database-intensive environments.
• Experience with infrastructure cost optimization and TCO analysis.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise data center or private cloud environments.

Pay: ₹448,774.88 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
