Our client seeks a Sr. Business Architect to support complex initiatives across Global Payments and Trade. The role will analyze business needs, map current and target operating models, and drive process and organizational transformation. The position will translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, support transformation roadmaps and OKRs, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope while partnering with technology and design teams in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of complex projects within Global Payments and Trade from intake through benefits realization.
• Analyze business needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Develop current and target state operating models to enable process and organizational transformation.
• Support transformation strategy and roadmap and deliver on business cases and OKRs for Global Payments and Trade.
• Collaborate on enterprise transformation projects to align with TS strategy and objectives.
• Control initiatives and coordinate work of senior managers and staff.
• Deliver quality business solutions within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Partner with CAO, Risk, and Compliance to support controls and process enhancements.
• Support testing of new capabilities and user testing.
• Support rollout of new functionality to global users.

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years in business analysis and process design, preferably in payments or fintech.
• Experience gathering information to create current and target state process models.
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements for new workflows.
• Ability to proactively identify core problems and opportunities within business processes.
• Strong understanding of customer needs with a commitment to delivering sound user experiences.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience operating within an agile framework with technology and design partners.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is desirable.
