· Assist with special projects and provide administrative follow-through across the business.
Office Operations:
· Coordinate day-to-day operations of AppTier’s Chicago office, including supplies, equipment, vendors, deliveries, and general office needs.
· Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for employees, candidates, clients, vendors, and visitors.
· Maintain key administrative records, contact lists, trackers, and other business information.
· Proactively identify routine office and administrative needs and help keep operations organized and running smoothly.
HR & Recruiting Support:
· Partner closely with the Director of Human Resources to support recruiting, onboarding, employee initiatives, and HR projects.
· Coordinate candidate interviews, scheduling, communications, job postings, and recruiting administration.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through reliably.
· Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
